Terms and Condition : Signature of the Seller : Health and Safety Responsibility: If the seller assists our driver in any way during the collection process, the seller is responsible for their own health and safety. Sam's Auto & Towing Limited shall not be held liable for any injuries or damages incurred due to such assistance. Sellers are encouraged to follow all safety guidelines provided by our team. Good Faith Agreement: By signing this agreement, the seller declares that they are acting in good faith and providing accurate information regarding the ownership and condition of the goods being sold. Removal of Registration Plates: The seller agrees to remove and return the vehicle’s registration plates to the relevant authority (e.g., Waka Kotahi NZ Transport Agency) as required under New Zealand law. Warranty of Ownership and Title: The vendor warrants that the vehicle and any related goods described in this agreement are their sole property, free of any encumbrances, and that they hold full authority to sell these goods. The vendor guarantees the transfer of full and clear title to the purchaser immediately upon the completion of this agreement.Should the purchaser incur any losses due to a breach of this warranty, the vendor agrees to fully compensate the purchaser for such losses upon demand.Ownership of the goods will transfer to Sam's Auto & Towing Limited only upon the successful completion of the financial transaction. Road User Charges: Sam's Auto & Towing Limited does not accept responsibility for any outstanding road user charges (RUCs) associated with the vehicle. It is the seller’s responsibility to ensure all RUCs are settled prior to sale. Car Yard Safety: Visitors to Sam's Auto & Towing Limited’s premises are advised to follow all posted safety measures and instructions. The company accepts no liability for accidents resulting from non-compliance with safety guidelines.
